We understand that ordering online is tough! That's why when ordering from us we will be happy to offer an exchange for store credit within 14 days of you receiving your order. All items being returned for an exchange must be returned in original, resellable condition. All apparel must be returned unworn (with the exception of trying it on to check the size), not washed and with the tags on. Seasonal items are final sale. Please note that we offer store credit for returns only and not refunds. In order to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping costs associated with returning the item. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 50% off or more
- Custom or Personalized items
- Seasonal items
- Bath and body, intimates including bralettes, personal hygiene and food/drink related items

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number and we promise to make it right!
