We offer store credit for product(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

You must contact us about a return within 14 days of receiving the order.

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:
- Items purchased with a discount code/sale of 50% off original retail price or more
- Custom or Personalized items
- Bath and body, intimates including bralettes, personal care and hygiene and food/drink related items

Please email us at hello@shoplightandshine.com to process a return request.

Store credit will be issued via e-gift card to the email on file within 5 business days of receiving your return for the amount paid, less shipping costs.

Light and Shine does not offer refunds on any purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@shoplightandshine.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number and we promise to make it right!

We typically respond to messages within a few hours, but please allow us up to 48 hours to respond. We promise we’ll get back to you promptly!
