How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

We typically aim to ship most orders within 3-5 days of you placing your order. During the holidays, this time may be extended. Please see our announcements at the top of the website or Instagram for the most up to date information. What if my item arrives damaged?

We take every precaution to ensure that your item(s) arrive in tact. However, if you happen to receive a damaged/defective item, please email hello@shoplightandshine.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We resend you a new one in all cases related to damages during shipment.

HELP! I put the wrong shipping address!

If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to try to accommodate the change, but if your item has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this issue.
