**Due to covid, some couriers are experiencing delays due to high parcel volumes. Please keep that in mind when ordering** If you have not received your package 3 weeks after your order has shipped, please contact us and we will look into that immediately!
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes, you can certainly send your order as a gift. To indicate that your order is a gift, please select "Is this a gift?" at checkout and you can leave your note there and we will include a free handwritten note. Simply ensure the shipping address is the recipient’s destination, and the e-mail and billing address matches your payment details. An invoice will be e-mailed to you separately with a package tracking number. No receipt will be included in the gift.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, we do accept custom orders on an order-by-order basis. E-mail us at email@example.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically aim to ship most orders within 2-3 days of you placing your order. During the holidays, this time may be extended. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take every precaution to ensure that your item(s) arrive in tact. However, if you happen to receive a damaged/defective item, please email email@example.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a picture of the damage and your order number. We resend you a new one in all cases related to damages during shipment.
HELP! I put the wrong shipping address!
If you have placed an order and need to change the delivery address, please contact us ASAP. We will do our best to try to accommodate the change, but if your item has already been shipped, we will not be able to change it. Please double check your address when you place the order to avoid this issue.
