It all starts with an inquiry. Fill out our contact form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All we need to know at this point is when you need the gifts by, your location and approximate number of gifts you plan on ordering.
Once we've received your inquiry, we will confirm that we are able to work on your gifts and we'll let you know more about the process.
Once you've decided if Light & Shine Gifts is a good fit for you, we will ask you some questions to get an idea of what you're looking for, budget and the specifics. After that we'll take all the work out of your hands and start putting together an initial design for you and present you with our proposal.
We'll collaborate through revisions to ensure that you absolutely love your gift design. Once you've confirmed on the design, you will then send through the final payment for your gifts and we'll start creating your gifts!
